Doubles Tandem Splits Two Matches At ITAs

Drvaric falls in consolation singles match

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee doubles tandem of Kelly Drvaric and Kari Kastenholz split a pair of matches in the Wilson/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Midwest Women's Regional Championships Friday.

The duo fell, 9-2, to Marisa Lambropoulos and Annie McCarthy of Illinois before beating Annie Moore and Zeljka Minic of Detroit in a consolation match.

The match with Moore and Minic was abandoned with Drvaric and Kastenholz leading, 5-2.

Meanwhile, in singles consolation play, Drvaric fell to Aylin Seyalioglu of Xavier, 6-1, 6-4.
