Felber Among Winners On Day Two At Ball StateOct. 1, 2005
MUNCIE, Ind. - Erin Felber won a pair of matches to spark the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's tennis team on day two of the Ball State Invitational. Felber's wins came in the consolation bracket of Flight C. She beat Ashley Hunter of IPFW 6-4, 6-1 before downing Jessica Vervynckt of IPFW 6-4, 6-2. Other UWM winners on the second day of the event included Traci Litscher, who beat Hanna Hager of IPFW 7-6 (6), 6-2 in Flight B. Elizabeth Angel downed Carrie Rachon of Butler 6-2, 6-4 in Flight C and Samantha Drews claimed a 6-3, 6-0 win over Mackenzie Hoops of Dayton in Flight D. All four of UWM's doubles team lost their matches.
