CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's tennis team saw its three-match winning streak snapped in a 7-0 loss to Northern Iowa Sunday afternoon.

UNI (8-1) won all six singles matches and all three doubles matches in claiming the win.

Milwaukee (8-6) did get solid performances from freshmen Kelly Drvaric and Kari Kastenholz. Drvaric dropped a tough, three-set match to Meghana Paritala at #1 singles, while Kastenholz suffered a three-set defeat to Agnese Pukse at #2 singles.

UWM now has two weeks off before returning to action March 25 against Illinois State.
