MUNCIE, Ind. - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's tennis team saw its four-match winning streak snapped in a 5-2 loss at Ball State Friday afternoon.

The Panthers did get strong play from Kelly Drvaric and Kari Kastenholz in singles action but could not capture any additional victories.

The win by Drvaric came at #1 singles, where she claimed a 6-2, 0-6, 10-2 win over Sophie Quist. Then, in the third slot, Kastenholz pulled out a 1-6, 7-6 (3), 10-5 victory over Jennifer Pollack.

UWM did pull out one doubles win, with Sammi Schoen and Jenna Felsher combining for an 8-7 (7-3) victory in the third spot.

Milwaukee (9-7) will now have three weeks off before returning to action at the end of the month with three matches at Western Illinois.
