CHICAGO - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to the University of Illinois at Chicago Friday afternoon.

The Flames, the defending league champions, won five of six singles matches and all three doubles matches to claim the win.

The bright spot for the Panthers came at #1 singles, where Kelly Drvaric claimed a 6-1, 3-6, 10-6 win over Lubica Nadasska.

UWM was scheduled to face IPFW Saturday afternoon in Milwaukee, but that match was postponed because of snow. The Panthers will now return to action with three matches next weekend, starting with a Friday contest against Wright State.
