MU Knocks Off UWM In Spring OpenerJan. 28, 2007 MILWAUKEE - Marquette won five of six singles matches and all three doubles matches to claim a 6-1 win over the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in women's tennis action Sunday afternoon. Lauren Fenley claimed UWM's lone victory, a 6-2, 6-1 win over Andrea Bukacek at #6 singles. The Panthers, playing their first match of the spring, were competitive in two other singles matches. Kelly Drvaric fell 6-3, 7-5 to Maria Calbeto at #2 singles while Traci Litscher battled before falling, 7-6, 6-1 to Domninika Dabrowski at #5 singles. Milwaukee returns to action next weekend, playing at IUPUI and Butler.
