Milwaukee - UWM junior forward Stefanie Hosni (Waukesha, Wis.-Catholic Memorial) has been named MCC Player of the Week, the conference office announced today.

Hosni was named the MVP of the UWM PrimeCo Classic last weekend. UWM's leading scorer with eight points this season, Hosni scored a goal in UWM's 2-0 win over Wright State and assisted on the only goal in a 1-0 win over Weber State.

The Panthers went on to win the tournament and are 4-3 on the season.

UWM plays host to Marquette on Tuesday at Uihlein Soccer Park (71st and Good Hope). Gametime is 7:00 p.m.
