- Teegarden moved into a tie for seventh on school history with her 14th career goal and a tied for sixth with her 73rd career game started.

- UWM extended its school-record streak of 19 games with at least one goal.

- Sperl tied Megna for the team lead with her fifth assist of the season.

- The Panthers had a decent-sized contingent of alumni at the game including Melissa Ricter, Andrea Kramer, Joanna Severson, Sommer Rouse, Erin Shaughnessy, Jackie (Boldt) Quigley, Tammy Sobaski, Jamie Goller and Libby Shern.

- The team's 10-game start of 7-1-2 is tied for the best start in school history with the 1997 team.

- UPDATE (4:37 p.m.): Milwaukee took second at the tournament with a 1-0-1 record. Host Minnesota was first (2-0), Brown third (0-1-1) and Boston University fourth (0-2).

- Megna was named the Offensive MVP of the tournament and was joined on the all-tournament team by Teegarden, Hagen and Mary Wandolowski.
