Join Head Coach Sandy Botham, her coaching staff and the UWM Women's Basketball Team at South Hills Country Club for a day of fun and excitement at the 2nd Annual Women's Basketball Golf Classic Friday, August 2. Building on the success of last year's inaugural outing, this year's event will again be first-class. Additionally, 25% of the proceeds from this year's outing will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Coming off their first-ever conference championship and NCAA Tournament appearance in 2001, the Panthers continued to make history in 2002 by capturing the first twenty-win season in the school's Division I history. "Thank you in advance for your help in making our outing a success and for your support of our women's basketball program," head coach Sandy Botham said. "We're excited,this year, to partner with the American Cancer Society and share in the battle against this deadly disease. I look forward to spending the day with all of you."
