Brenna Rollie is in her first season as director of basketball operations at Milwaukee, joining the staff over the summer as video coordinator. She was promoted after an open seach for the position began when Lindsay Bronson was promoted to assistant coach.

Rollie comes to Milwaukee after two years at Bemidji State, where she served as a graduate assistant with the team. BSU saw its win total increase in both of her years with the program, including a jump of eight in her first season. She graduated from Bemidji with her masters' in sports studies.

Rollie received her undergraduate degree in physical education from Minnesota State, Moorhead, where she played her final season after three years at Augustana College in South Dakota. In her only season with Moorhead, she earned the team's Sixth Man Award, while playing for current Panther assistant John Motherwell. At Augustana, she was a two-year starter, serving as team captain as a junior.

Rollie has additional coaching experience, being active in local youth programs, camps and clinics. While completing her student teaching obligations, she served as an assistant at her high school alma mater, Rothsay High School. She holds career school records for scoring, rebounding and assists.
