2000-2001 Season:Named a team captain... Was MCC Performer of the year in cross country this past fall... broke his own school record in the 3000m in January 2001 posting a new time of 8:19.16... This time ranks first in the MCC this season and fastest all-time at UWM.

UWM: Ran an indoor personal best time of 8:25.98 in the 3,000m run on February 12 at the Cyclone Invitational... that time was 3.38 seconds off of Chad Zehms' record of 8:22.50... set indoor personal best 5,000m run time of 14:45.90 at the Smith Barney Invitational in Indianapolis on January 30... outdoor personal bests include a 4:02.70 1,500m, a 5,000m time of 15:29.02 and a 31:14.76 in the 10,000m.

High School: Attended Monroe High School... graduated in May of 1996... a scholar athlete... earned three varsity letters in cross country... selected all-conference twice... also received the most improved and most dedicated award... in track, a three-time letterwinner and conference champion in the 4x800m relay and the 3,200m.
