MILWAUKEE - Senior Neil Dombrowski of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's soccer team was named a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Great Lakes Region Second Team, the website announced Friday.

Dombrowski played a key role in the Panthers run to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the fourth-straight season. The midfielder paved the way for the offense with a team-high nine goals and 23 points (second in the league), both career-highs. Dombrowski's performance helped UWM go 14-4-5 on the season before falling on penalty kicks to No. 1 New Mexico in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

The award adds to the collection Dombrowski has already received this fall. He was a First Team All-Horizon League choice, a member of the Horizon League All-Tournament Team and was a member of the ESPN The Magazine Second Team Academic All-America squad as well.

Dombrowski was one of six players from the Horizon League chosen for the honor. UIC's Pavle Dundjer earned Second-Team All-Midwest Region recognition, while Detroit's Andrew Ornoch and Jason Massoglia received Second-Team All-Great Lakes region accolades along with UW-Green Bay's Joshua Okoampa. Wright State's Tony Labudovski gained Third-Team All-Region status.
