MILWAUKEE--The UWM men's soccer team coasted to victories against local competition Saturday in Whitewater, Wis. Playing in fierce winds, the Panthers defeated UW-Whitewater, Bavarians S.C., and Concordia in their informal spring season of training.

Playing in 60-minute matches, Milwaukee opened the games with a 4-1 win over UW-Whitewater. Scoring goals for the Panthers were Chad Dombrowski (Kyle Lance assist), B.J. Blake (Ryan Seymour assist), Evan Richardson, and Seymour (Bobby Lish assist). Whitewater's goal late in the first half was the lone goal UWM's defense allowed on the day.

UWM continued dominating with a 4-0 win over Bavarians S.C. Mark Turner, Seymour, Kevin Roethe, and Lish (Roethe assist) all provided goals for the Panthers, while Brad Swenby and Chris Dadaian split the shutout.

Milwaukee ended Saturday defeating Concordia University, 3-0. The Panthers attack was fueled by goals from Dombrowski (Lish assist), Blake, and Lish (Dombrowski assist), while Dadaian recorded the shutout.

UWM continues its off-season training with a scrimmage against the Milwaukee Rampage on Saturday, April 14, at the professional outdoor team's home field in Franklin, Wis.
