The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's basketball team will play host to a pair of key Horizon League games this week.

Nationally-ranked Butler visits the U.S. Cellular Arena Tuesday (Feb. 12) in a 6 p.m. contest that will be televised nationally by ESPNU. Then, UWM welcomes in-state rival Green Bay to The Cell Saturday (Feb. 16) at 7 p.m. The week marks the second-annual "Rivalry Week" for men's basketball, with special student promotions and marketing efforts all week along with ticket specials for the general public.

Tickets for both games are available through all Milwaukee-area Ticket Master outlets, by phone at 414-276-4545 or online at Ticketmaster. Fans can also purchase tickets at the U.S. Cellular Arena on the day of the game.

Time Warner Cable customers can purchase $5 tickets for the Butler game by using the special code contained in this month's cable bill. Then, all fans can purchase $5 end zone tickets for the game against Green Bay.

The Panthers will have had more than a week off when they take the court Tuesday against the Bulldogs, who stand atop the league standings. Butler won at Green Bay Saturday night and will again be in the top 10 nationally when updated polls are released Monday afternoon. UWM, meanwhile, has won nine of its last 12 games to move into position for a strong finish in the league. The top two teams in the regular season standings receive a bye into the semifinals of the league tournament.
