MILWAUKEE. - Steve Johnson went 2-for-4 with three RBIs, but he could not lead UWM over Cleveland State. The Vikings handed UWM a 8-6 loss at Henry Aaron Field on Friday night.

The loss drops UWM to 20-23 overall; CSU improves to 17-25.

Andy Neary pitched eight innings, allowing six earned runs and striking out eight, but fell to 4-6 on the season.

The same two teams play a doubleheader on Saturday.
