UWM Cross Country: Settled into a spot as the Panthers’ sixth runner by the end of the 2000 season…shined on the streets of Milwaukee at last year’s Briggs & Stratton Run, finishing the 8K course in 31:29, the fourth best time among the lady Panthers…can realistically be a counter for the Panthers in 2001 — was consistently only a half a minute away from reaching the team’s top five last year.
UWM Track: Did the mile, the 3000 and the 5000 for the Panther tracksters in 2000…posted her best mile time with a 5:17.39 mile at the Pre-Conference Tune-Up…ran the 5000 in 18:58.67 at the MCC Outdoor Championships…put up a 10:46.39 time in the 3000 at the UIC Invitational...anchored the runner-up distance medley at the MCC Indoor Championships.
Menasha: Not only lettered four times in both cross country and track, but was the Menasha Class of 1999 Valedictorian and president of both the National Honor Society and the Key Club…qualified for the state cross country meet in 1996…earned all-Fox Valley Association recognition three times in cross country…was also all-FVA in track in both 1997 and 1998…qualified for the state track meet in the 3200 in 1997.
Personal: Daughter of Paul and Debbie…majoring in Business…enjoys reading in her spare time…an active volunteer — has helped out at many community events, including the Red Cross Blood Drive.
