MILWAUKEE -- The UWM men's and women's track and field team will travel up to Madison, Wis., Saturday as it gets set to compete in the Wisconsin Twilight.

Hosted by the Badgers, events begin at 10 a.m. at the Dan McClimon Memorial track season on campus.

Perfect At Last Weekend's UIC Invite...

The UWM Panthers posted a perfect record at the UIC Invitational last Saturday, with the men's track and field team going 4-0 and the women's team 5-0.

Freshman Nick Davis highlighted the men's performances, as he fell just .25 inches short of the school record in the high jump. Davis cleared 6'10.50" to take home first place in the event, while also recording a new personal best. Davis's mark in the high jump is the best in the conference by more than six inches.

Also in the men's field events, senior Jon Havel won the long jump with a leap of 21'10" and freshman Kyle Huebner won the pole vault with a vault of 13'6". In the 800m run, junior Joe Tuttle won with a time of 1:55.36.

Freshman Natalie Miko led the Panther women with a first-place finish in the 800m run. She recorded a personal best time of 2:19.65 and currently tops the Panthers on the season.

Also winning for the women's track and field team at UIC was sophomore Kristy Naef. Naef won the 90 meter dash in 11.16. Senior Nicole Wee placed second in the 200m dash, running 25.62.
