UWM Sophomores Amanda Chan and Peter Clark were named MCC Swimmers of the Week, the office released Tuesday.

Chan and Clark helped both the women's and men's team to victories over Valparaiso this past weekend. Chan was victorious in both of her individual events, winning the 1,000 freestyle in 10:50.74 and the 200 breast in 2:24.44.

Clark also won both of his individual events and helped the Panther's 200 medley relay team to a third place finish. Clark finished the 200 free in 1:47.98 and the 200 fly in 2:02.04.

The Panthers are next in action Feb. 21-24 at the MCC Championships, when UWM hosts the meet at the Schroeder YMCA in Brown Deer.
