At the Klotsche Center on Saturday, the UWM men's and women's Swimming and Diving teams defeated Valparaiso, 143-78 and 145-93, respectively.

The men won fourteen events, placing one-two in ten. Todd Hill once again topped both one- and three-meter diving events and Adam Stoelting placed second in both. Matt Schmaling recorded two first-place finishes in the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle events. Other first place finishers included Doug Kuntz (1,000 free), Andrew Babcock (50 free), Joel White (400 IM), Adam Hanson (200 fly), Bill Kuri (100 free), Daniel Babcock (200 back), Todd Murray (200 breast), and the 400 free and 400 medley relays.

The women won eleven events in the meet. Erin Pollyea (1,000 free, 200 breast), Randi Fletcher (200 free, 200 back), and Leslie Brock (400 IM, 500 free) all tallied two firsts in the meet. The women captured victories in both the 400 freestyle and 400 medley relays. Other first-place finishes include Krystina Herzog (one-meter diving), Beth Watt (200 fly), and Amanda Maas (three-meter diving).

The swimmers are next in action at the MCC Championships in Cleveland February 23-26.
