2000-2001: Was a team captain for the second consecutive year...finished eighth in the 200 backstroke and ninth in both the 500 freestyle and 400 IM at the MCC Championships...his 200 backstroke time of 1:56.75 at the conference meet reset his career best. 1999-2000: Named a team captain...Placed fourth in the 400 IM and thirteenth in the 200 backstroke at the MCC Championships. 1998-1999: Took ninth place in the 500 freestyle, fifth place in the 400 IM, and twelfth in the 1650 at the MCC Championships...was a co-winner of the "Captain's Award". 1997-1998: Captured ninth place in the 500 freestyle, fifth place in the 400 IM, and twelfth in the 1650 at the MCC Championships...Set freshman records in the 500 freestyle and the 400 IM...was a co-winner of the "Coaches Award".
